We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from www.stitchandfeathershop.com. If you are not happy with an item, please review our return and exchange policy below.

Return Eligibility

Returns must be received within 14 days of the delivery date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in original condition with all tags attached.

Items showing signs of wear, damage, odors, or alterations will not be accepted and may be returned to the customer at their expense.

Holiday Return Extension

Orders placed on or after November 28 may be returned or exchanged through January 10 of the following year, regardless of the standard return window.

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged: accessories, bags, hats, jewelry, books, swimwear, intimates, bodysuits, home goods, sunglasses, and any item marked “Final Sale”.

How to Start a Return

Returns can be initiated through our online returns portal. Customers may choose to use a prepaid return label provided by us or ship the item back independently.

Return Shipping Costs

If a prepaid return label is used, the cost of the label will be deducted from your refund. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

If you choose to ship the item back on your own, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days. Bank processing times may vary.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please place a new order for the desired product and return the original item for a refund.
