Order Processing Time

Orders placed before 8:00 AM (local time) are generally processed and shipped the same business day. Orders placed after this time, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During high-volume periods such as promotions, holidays, or seasonal sales, processing times may be slightly extended.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

• Standard domestic shipping is available throughout the United States.

• Free shipping may be offered on qualifying orders over a specified amount. Promotional free shipping may be limited during sale events.

• Shipping rates for non-qualifying orders are calculated at checkout.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to select countries. International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by their local government. Stitch and Feather does not collect or control these charges and cannot refund them.

Estimated Delivery Time

• Domestic orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment.

• International delivery times vary by destination and may take longer due to customs clearance and carrier delays.

Delivery time estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, carrier issues, or other factors beyond our control.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Package Protection

Optional package protection may be offered at checkout through a third-party service. When selected, claims for lost, damaged, or stolen packages must be submitted directly through the protection provider.

In-Store Pickup

Free in-store pickup may be available at select locations. Customers must contact our team after placing an order to arrange pickup. If shipping was selected and later changed to in-store pickup, shipping fees will be refunded.

Shipping Responsibility

Stitch and Feather is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.
